Registered Psychologist
MPsych (Clin), BAppSci (Psych) (Hons)

Trading as "Jane Lunt Psychology" ABN 80 243 465 086

I'm a Registered Psychologist and have been practicing since 2006. I have worked with clients aged from six years old through to geriatric populations in the treatment of Depressive Disorders; Anxiety Disorders; Bipolar Disorders; Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders; Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder; Gender Dysphoria; Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders, and Personality Disorders.

I've worked across education, public mental health, forensic, occupational rehabilitation, non-profit organisations and private practice settings. I adopt an integrated approach to assessment and treatment, and apply this to my individual and couples work. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy (ST) in a considered and flexible way to tailor therapy to meet the needs of my clients.

I'm a warm, friendly, safe, non-judgmental and open-minded Psychologist who provides a space where clients feel comfortable and cared for. I have a refreshing sense of humour and honest style of therapy. I'm a member of the LGBTIQA+ community and have a passion for working with clients also from this community, including individuals and couples. I'm an animal lover and am hoping to become an animal assisted therapist so that clients have the opportunity to benefit from the presence of Wilson, one of my rescue dogs.

I'm available to see children (aged 6+), adolescents and adults on Monday's  and Wednesdays 10am to 7pm.
