Letty Tumbaga (Clinical Psychologist)

Letty is a clinical psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). She has completed two psychology masters programs (Monash University) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Letty has extensive clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings including universities, private hospital, community health, schools, and not-for-profit organisations. She currently works as a clinical psychologist at a major public hospital in Melbourne. With more than 10 years of clinical experience, she is able to work with children, adults, couples and family groups. Letty works collaboratively with her clients towards their goals of mental health and well-being using a combination of evidence based modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy (IPT) and The Gottman Method for couples therapy.
Her special interest areas include relationship difficulties, trauma, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), anxiety, adjusting and coping with significant life changes or chronic illness, existential questions, chronic pain, suicide risk and self harm, children with selective mutism or behavioural issues, addiction, eating disorders, and LGBTI issues
